Merhaba arkadaşlar. Bu videoda, elektrik fişine takılı olmasına rağmen çalışmayan blender tamirini göstereceğim. Blender'in kapak vidalarını açtıktan sonra, ilk işlem olarak elektrik kablosunu ölçüyorum. Multimetreyi sesli ikaz konumuna alıp, elektrik kablosunda herhangi bir kopukluk var mı kontrol ediyorum. Elektrik kablosunun sağlam olduğunu gördükten sonra, blender üzerindeki çalıştırma butonlarını kontrol ediyorum. Blender üzerindeki butonların da sağlam olduğunu gördüm. Blender'in içinde bulunan elektronik kart üzerinde bir adet sigorta tespit ediyorum. Bu sigortayı da kontrol ettim ve herhangi bir aksaklık göremedim. Sıra geldi blender'in AC motorunu kontrol etmeye. AC motorun sargı uçlarını kontrol ettim ve bir sargıda yirmi bir ohm sargı direnci görürken, diğer sargı ucunda herhangi bir direnç değeri göremedim. Blender'in motor sargılarından bir tanesinin açık devre olduğunu tespit ettim. Genelde AC motorların, motor sargılarının üzerinde termik sigorta bulunur. Bende yaptığım ölçümlerde bu termik sigortanın arızalı olduğunu gördüm. Termik sigortayı yenisi ile değiştirerek blender’i çalışır hale getirdim. Basit bir termik sigorta yüzünden blender çöpe atılmaktan kurtulmuş oldu.

HOW TO FIX THE BLENDER (Thermal Fuse Failure) Hello guys. In this video, I'll show you how to fix a blender that won't work even though it's plugged in. After unscrewing the cover of the blender, I measure the electrical cable as a first step. I put the multimeter in the buzzer position and check if there is any break in the power cable. After seeing that the power cord is intact, I check the on/off buttons on the blender. I saw that the buttons on the blender are also solid. I detect a fuse on the electronic board inside the blender. I've also checked this fuse and i can't see any glitches. Now it's time to check the blender's AC motor. I checked the winding ends of the AC motor and saw twenty-one ohm winding resistance in one winding, but I could not see any resistance value at the other winding end. I have detected that one of the motor windings of the blender is open circuit. Generally, AC motors have thermal fuses on the motor windings. In the measurements I made, I saw that this thermal fuse was defective. I made the blender work by replacing the thermal fuse with a new one. A simple thermal fuse saved the blender from being thrown away.
